Experimental deliciousness

About
It all started in 2010 with a dorm room kitchen, procrastination, and a one-dollar box of Betty Crocker cake mix — I embarked on my baking journey. Since then, Nom's Cakery became an idea. An idea that marries the innovation of food science with my passion for culinary arts.
Known as the baker and resident cake maker amongst family and friends, I have been bringing baked creations that encapsulate loved ones and social events for many years. Inspired by the joy that my clients share with their loved ones, I bring my client's vision to reality using creative décor and unique exploration of flavours.
When I'm not baking up a storm, I work as a food safety & quality assurance professional and am completing the Baking Arts Program at George Brown College.
It's a real “bake it till you make it” kind of story!
